Caio Fernando Loureiro de Abreu nasceu em 12/09/1948, em Santiago, RS. Jornalista e escritor, reconhecido como um dos expoentes de sua geração. Ainda jovem foi morar em Porto Alegre, onde cursou Letras e Arte Dramática na UFRGS, mas abandonou tudo para ser jornalista. Trabalhou nas revistas Nova, Manchete, Veja e Pop, foi editor da revista Leia Livros e colaborou em diversos jornais: Correio do Povo, Zero Hora, O Estado de São Paulo e Folha de São Paulo. (...)
